Attorney Camila Pachon Silva, an immigrant herself, is originally from Bogotá, Colombia. In 2001, looking for a better future, Mrs. Pachon Silva immigrated to the United States with her immediate family. Along with her family, Mrs. Pachon Silva, had to navigate the American immigration system, eventually becoming a United States citizen. Her immigration experience inspired her pursue a law degree in order to help others who face similar challenges of immigrating to the United States.

Attorney Pachon Silva graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and International Studies. She received her Juris Doctorate, Cum Laude, from the University of Florida. Throughout her professional career, Attorney Pachon Silva has concentrated her practice in immigration law. Her background, as well as her fluency in Spanish, allows her to truly understand and relate to her clients.

Attorney Pachon Silva has served on the board of directors of the Hispanic Bar Association of Central Florida, as Chair for the Civil Rights Law Committee of the Orange County Bar Association, and as a Consulting Attorney for the Consulate of Mexico in Orlando. She was one of the founding members of the Greater Orlando Human Trafficking Task Force, and is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyer’s Association and the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Metro Orlando.

Darly Biller, Esq.

Associate Attorney

Attorney Darly Biller was born in Colombia and moved to the United States in 2009. She has experienced firsthand the immigration process. Attorney Biller is licensed to practice law in two countries. She graduated as an attorney from the Libre University, located in Bogota, Colombia and earned her law degree in the United States from Florida A&M University, College of Law, magna cum laude. While in law school Attorney Biller was actively involved in school activities and organizations as she served on the executive board of the FAMU Law Review and was a member of multiple organizations such as Women’s Law Caucus, Marshall Bell Society, and Hispanic American Law Student Association.

Attorney Biller began her career in the non-profit sector and has dedicated her practice exclusively to the area of immigration law. She has represented clients before United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS); Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR); Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE); the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA); and the Department of State. She is also a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. Her personal experiences help her understand her client’s needs and her legal background and drive allows her to vigorously represent them. Outside of work, attorney Biller enjoys spending time with her family, exploring new places, hiking, traveling, and camping. She loves the outdoors and the Florida weather.

Isaura Gomez

Senior Paralegal

Isaura Gomez was born in the United States, to parents from Ecuador and Cuba. Her parents made the journey to the United States before her birth, undergoing the immigration process, including becoming U.S. Citizens.

With a professional background spanning more than a decade in immigration law, Ms. Gomez handles a broad spectrum of immigration cases. Her passion resonates particularly with family-based petitions and cases involving adjustment of status. Ms. Gomez is fluent in Spanish and works closely with our Spanish-speaking clients.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Ms. Gomez enjoys the practice of yoga and the unraveling of intricate puzzles during her free time.

Johnny Salguero

Senior Paralegal

Johnny Salguero was born in Ecuador. As an immigrant, he saw first-hand the complexities of the United States immigration process and understands the unique challenges that come with moving abroad.

Before joining Capella Immigration Law, Mr. Salguero worked for the U.S. Department of State at the U.S. embassy in Ecuador.  Mr. Salguero has over nineteen years of consular experience processing nonimmigrant and immigrant visa applications to the United States. Mr. Salguero holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration, and he is fluent in English and Spanish.  His bilingual skills allow him to effectively communicate with clients and provide a more personalized and culturally sensitive support to Spanish-speaking clients.

Mr. Salguero is passionate about providing quality services to those seeking to reunify their families and those pursuing their dreams of living and working in the United States.

Camila Gallego was born in Colombia and has a bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts and a master’s degree in History. In Colombia she worked in the editorial field before making her transition to immigration law.

Her experience with non-profit organizations and NGOs, as well as her fluency in English and Spanish, allows her to work closely with clients from different backgrounds and understand their needs.

Ms. Gallego has become an integral part of the team, using her knowledge and experience to help others achieve their immigration goals. She works cases in all areas of immigration law, with a particular preference for asylum cases.

Wilmarie Valentin

Legal Assistant

Wilmarie Valentin was born in Puerto Rico and she moved to the United States with her parents at a young age. As a legal assistant and a public notary with over 12 years of experience in customer service and administrative support, Ms. Valentin provides excellent service to all our clients.

Ms. Valentin’s vast experience allows her to effectively support the Capella Team with the daily tasks. Ms. Valentin is fully fluent in English and Spanish which allows her to effectively communicate with our clients providing a more personalized experience. Outside of work Ms. Valentin enjoys time with her family, working out, and traveling.
